1. 50% of the total original order cost is required at the time this Agreement is signed/accepted. The 50% deposit is non- refundable. If for any reason, the customer decides not to complete the purchase order, the deposit will not be refunded.
  2. The customer can supply brooches for the order.  The Bejeweled Florist may reduce the price of the order after inspecting the brooches.
  3. The Bejeweled Florist will contact the customer when the order is completed.  Payment in full is required to receive the order.  Payment can be made by major credit card via PayPal and check.  Payment by check requires the check to be cleared by the bank before brooches will be purchased or the completed bouquet(s) will be released.
  4. U.S. shipping charges based on size and quantity are as follows:
    • Large: $25 per piece and $15 for additional pieces
    • Medium: $25 per piece and $15 for additional pieces
    • Small: $15 per piece and $10 for additional pieces

  5. There is a $50 charge  assessed to any and all returned checks.
  6. This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties.  Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.  This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
